TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE

2009-2010 

Tuition: Grades Kindergarten through Eight $15,950 per child
Tuition Subsidies:
3rd, 4th, 5th sibling discount
 
10% discount per additional child
Building Fee: $750 per family
New Student Application Fee: $100 per child. Non-refundable, not applicable to tuition
New Student Enrollment Deposit: $500 per child. Non-refundable, applicable to final 2009-2010 tuition payment if paid within 2 weeks receipt of enrollment contract
Continuing Student Re-Registration Deposit: $500 per child. Non-refundable, applicable to final 2009-2010 tuition payment if paid by March 20, 2009
Tuition Reduction Grant: $500 per child, if needed, available upon request
Financial Assistance: Confidential and based on need through the Business Office
ADDITIONAL FEES
Late Pick-up Fee: Child will be taken to Gesher ABC after dismissal and the daily drop-in fee will be charged following a brief period of grace
Late Payment Fee: $50 per month for any payment not made in accordance with payment option selected on enrollment contract. This fee is applicable to declined bank debits, credit card charges and checks returned from the bank, exclusive of the returned check fee.
Bank Fee for Non-Sufficient Funds:
$25 for each bank debit or check not honored due to insufficient funds.
Activity/Field Trip Fee: $100 for Kindergarten (includes supplies); $75 grades 1-8 (supply lists are sent separately)
PTO Membership: PTO membership is required. Annual dues are $50 per family plus $15 for each additional sibling enrolled at Gesher after the first.
Graduation Fee:
$40 for grade 8
 
Transportation (Bus Service):
Optional. Fees and routes to be determined annually. Round-trip and One-way available
 
Before-After School Childcare:
Optional. Fees determined annually.
 
The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington provides $715 of support per student for a total of $2,218,155 to eight area Jewish day schools.
